ERGO BALL
High-quality ERGO-BALL magnetic locking spheres are used to keep parts in the optimal working position during laser welding, polishing, and assembly. Depending on the geometry and weight of the workpiece, rotation angles of up to 90° can be adjusted. The RNF magnetic plate is activated using the supplied T-handle hex key. With a 120° turn of the key, the magnetic plate is fully activated. Partial activation is also possible to position the workpiece. ERGO-BALL consists of an anodized aluminum sphere mounted in a fine-pole RNF magnetic plate. The ball is seated in a chemically nickel-plated steel ring covered with leather. The ERGO-BALL is available in 4 sizes, with round magnetic chucks ranging from 80 to 160 mm in diameter. “Made in Germany” quality for ergonomic and high-precision work.
