PERMANENT MAGNETIC LIFTER FOR ROUND LOADS

FX R is the series of magnetic lifters for handling round materials. The large polar shoe allows for easy positioning on the load and conducts the magnetic field directly inside the material itself. The magnetic lifter can be activated on an oversized pole surface to facilitate the gripping of a wide range of rounds with different diameters. Flat material, even if of small thickness, is not a problem for FX R.

FX LT

Magnetic lifting beam from 600 to 4800 kg
FX-LT are suitable for the needs of sheet metal transformers, laser and flame cutters. Two FX-VV lifting magnets and a lightweight truss with two-hanger chain allow the horizontal handling of larger workpieces. The magnets can be removed from the truss in a few simple steps to lift small formats with just one magnet.

FX KT

Magnetic lifting beam from 240 to 480 kg
FX-KT lift parts that cannot be picked up with a magnet in the center, such as rings and flanges. Two FX magnets with adjustable center distance, mounted on a high-strength aluminum truss, ensure a secure hold. With a few simple steps the magnets can be removed from the truss and used individually.
